Your images are private by default. OZZiMAGE will not use your photographs for marketing, portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless you give explicit consent.

Optional marketing consent

If you choose to grant marketing permission, you can enable it from your client account and withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Consent is entirely optional and is never required to book or receive your session.

Children and minors

If your session includes children or newborns and you grant marketing permission for images involving minors, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the children photographed and are authorised to grant that permission.
