Client Gallery Terms

Private access

Your gallery is private. You must log in to your client account to view and download your images.

Downloads & payment

Full-resolution downloads are enabled once your session is paid in full. If a balance remains, you can preview your gallery but downloads stay locked until payment is complete.

Delivery & files

Final edited galleries are usually delivered within 10–14 business days for portrait sessions and 2–3 weeks for events. RAW or unedited files are not delivered.

Expiry & backups

Galleries remain available online for a limited time (typically 60–90 days) after delivery. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your images before your gallery expires. We can often re-open an expired gallery on request while files remain in our archive.
